Relatively unknown power/thrash metal from Minneapolis.This is their debut from 1989,which is the only full length they released(there was an e.p. but it was nowhere near as great as this).Powermad was featured briefly in David Lynch's "Wild At Heart" as the house band in the bar scene where Nicolas Cage gets all metal on us and jumps on stage and flails around.Anyway this is one that flew below most peoples Metal radar at the time and I'd like to rectify that situation if I can.Check the vid below.Tuesday, March 9, 2010
